We handle most preparation as part of our service, including moving standard furniture and removing old flooring (up to one skip load). For your convenience, we simply ask that you clear small items and fragile possessions from the rooms. For heavy items like pianos or large antiques, we may recommend specialist movers, which we can discuss during the survey.
