Karndean Van Gogh French Oak installed in Stockport

Luxury Vinyl Tiles are as the name suggests, a high-end version of vinyl which rather than come on a single roll is cut into planks or tiles. It is warm underfoot and can replicate the appearance of wood, slate or stone and can look convincingly like the real thing! The great thing about this is that the LVT can give the look of wood in places where timber would not be suitable such as in a kitchen, so you can combine the best of both practicality with something that is aesthetically pleasing.

Our recent clients in Bramhall, Stockport opted to have luxury vinyl tiles in their home. They had a big extension which incorporated a WC and utility room along with a kitchen diner. As you can see from the photographs, this covered a large area and they wanted the same flooring running throughout all three rooms. The clients had underfloor heating, so we put down a subfloor base that provides an excellent surface for the luxury vinyl tiles. We also used heat sensitive adhesive.
